Not one corner and the one “proper” free kick was the first and only time he delivered a quality ball.
One decent ball per game won’t always result in a goal like tonight.
And it was Watson’s error that gave them the breakaway for their first goal.
He’s not good enough for the prem.
Half the team not good enough for the prem, includes the manager and backroom staff,im afraid the table dont lie, with only 6 home games left,a very big hill to climb, then again we will be the youngest side to grace the championship.
Watson continually stopped West Brom’s breaks forward so I do not understand the stick he is getting this morning.
He was one of our better players last night. The one player who should be getting stick is Diame. He is either coasting in games, or his heart condition is playing a part in his lethargic performances.
We need to get McArthur back in the side tout suite!

Maybe he isn’t good enough for the prem but it wasn’t Watson’s error that gave them the breakaway for their first goal
It was McCarthy who was tackled/fouled/lost the balll not Watson
easy mistake to make – with 2 gingers in the middle of the park it got a bit confusing at times!!

No, but Watson made it very easy for their midfielder to pass him when they broke away following McCarthy losing the ball.
He’s another one who divides opinion, I’m afraid
It wouldn’t happen if Bobby just picked Gomez and had done with it. :|
Griff, what is it with you and your love of Gomez?
If we had Gomez in the team along with the Chuckle brothers we might as well field a team full of grannies the amount of pace we would have in there
There’s no doubt he does have a good left foot and can thread a pass, but if he’s too slow to get that shot or pass away before being robbed of possession he ain’t much good to us
