There’s no doubt he does have a good left foot and can thread a pass, but if he’s too slow to get that shot or pass away before being robbed of possession he ain’t much good to us
I think I sort of said that.
That said, he isn’t always abject. Sometimes he does get the passshot away
The crazy thing is that if Gomez did half an extra yard of pace he would the missing link that could really make a difference to our team.
As it is he’s as slow as a cart horse with a bad leg injury :roll:
He is very slow, though i would pick him ahead of watson but what do i know. i think hes good on the ball and he played some excellent passes against bolton
