Should we swap the pass pass pass for the long hoof?
Whelan may be tempted.
Personally think he would keep us up, not sure Bob will but would we want to watch it?
Get rid of Martinez yes he as had enough time now and wasted quite a bit of dosh on some real bad buys,as for fat sam retirement beckons  (hopefully)
If anyone thinks Sam is the answer to our problems, then they are either plain stupid or our problems are far worse than any of us imagine.
How anyone can want his “style” near our club is beyond me. Yes, he might keep us up this season but if anyone thought we could be boring under Bruce, you’ve never seem Sam’s tactics. Absolute clown that Allardyce.
Allerdyce would keep us up in my opinion. Although his type of football isnt the best it does produce results, which is more than can be said for Martinez’s. However, I dont think Fat Sam should be our first choice of manager is we get rid of Martinez.
Although I hope West Ham dont get him as reported in some of the papers today
If we win, he’s got until the Bolton game (5th Jan) to get us up that league.
You would honestly pay money to watch the shyte dished up by Fat Sam?[/quote]
Some of the biggest $h!te I’ve paid to watch at Latics has been served up under Bobby.
Slow, plodding, tepid, gutless, low scoring, high conceding & boring rubbish on the whole
I would have Sam Allardyce here in an instant over our current incumbent

Just you’re opinion though, isn’t it?
The thing is, having picked Martinez partly because he promised a new philosophy of playing the game – whether you agree with it or not – to then go for Allardyce takes you to the completely opposite end of the spectrum, further on than Bruce ever was.
Anyway, as the media seems to think that Allardyce is God, I fully expect him to turn up his nose at Wigan, even if offered, and to show up very soon at West Ham.
