All seats to be replaced with new blue ones, that should really piss the lodgers off.
Fuck the EFL
18 August 2021 at 1:49 pm #1933903 September 2021 at 9:43 pm #193777I’ll say one thing this site as become a joke, i started a new thread (well i tried) regarding the lodgers and Pollards meeting with the fans.
The thread immediately went under review and as been that way since tea time, no wonder not many post here anymore, more and more switching to Vital, not surprising really when the admins of the site are egg chasers.
Its about time Jason got to grips with it before the site dwindles in to oblivion!
Fuck the EFL
3 September 2021 at 10:15 pm #193778It’s a bit like treading on ‘egg’shells on here ,you have to be careful what you say. I think Mr Leneghen has a lot of explaining to do.Three attempts to buy the stadium and training ground.Talk about kicking us when we are down. Had he succeeded that would probably have signalled the end for us. It’s difficult to see a way forward with both clubs working together. The promise to install all blue seats at the stadium by our Chairman I strongly suspect is because the rent increase talks are not going well with the Rugby. I also don’t like the comment Leneghen made about you don’t know what’s going to happen in the future , it comes across as a veiled threat that they will try again to buy the stadium from under our noses if the opportunity presents itself.
3 September 2021 at 10:47 pm #193779The only admin on the website that supports the rugby is me and as a grown up I don’t care about the colour of seats.
Some posts (including mine) go into ‘spam’ for some reason but it’s literally 1 or 2 and not 100s.

The first post mentions it a little and knowing what went on at the time, there are pieces missing.
Yes he tried to buy the stadium (to protect his investment) but he also tried to find a buyer for the football club he just wasn’t it because he didn’t want it.

He also doesnt have the personal wealth to fund the black hole that was WAFC 2020. It takes a rich man or a money launderer to manage that. Thankfully, you have now got the former as an owner.
As for the colour of my seat – like many others, I dont have eyes in my arse, and couldnt give two hoots what the colour is. But I get that it can be very very important to some sad individuals.

I hear what your saying Egg but it does not ring true. Why would he try and find a buyer for Latics ? That was the admins job and Latics were a lot more attractive proposition with the stadium and training ground as part of the package . Splitting them up would have signalled the death knell , even the admin realised this. I think he saw an opportunity to purchase the stadium at a knock down price. Thankfully ,it did not happen.
3 September 2021 at 11:58 pm #193792Nothing in the spam bullitt BTW
Why would it be in spam?
The post went straight to review and no doubt pulled by admin, before my earlier post no one had commented for over two days, a bit more activity tonight, so bollocks to spam and reviews otherwise this site will die a death, up to you!

No posts go “for review” so I literally have no idea what you’re talking about.
A few posts appear to be posted but go into spam, yours wasn’t there.
The spam filter blocks out certain things to stop adverts from bots etc so if you post something that it doesn’t recognise (a link perhaps that you haven’t posted correctly) it won’t like it.
Try using the ‘link’ option when posting rather than copy and pasting and it might work better.
I’d rather have a few missing posts every now and again that we can find above a load of bots posting nonsense that takes ages to clean up.

He can’t afford to run the stadium on his own and didn’t want to. Yes he wanted control of it but he still wanted the football club to play there.
I know I’ll never convince anybody any different but he didn’t want WAFC to go bust.
4 September 2021 at 8:09 am #193798He talks in that about wanting to buy the training ground and let us use it for free. Is that a sign Egg that the admins were being dicks with the sale and putting the price too high perhaps? Why would he need to do that?
I have nothing against him really and have onky ever heard him say positive things about us unlike previous regimes. No wonder he is annoyed though if the rent is going up but they still don’t make any money from drink sales. Who would sign up to that????

The layout is different and that is probably why I do not post as often but most threads end up in chaos anyway.
I think a few of my posts have vanished when I’ve read back too Egg then reappear. Thought I was going crazy
