I know it’s sauces for courses but in general which is the better suppliment to food.
Brown sauce I think has a great taste, but isn’t as versatile as it’s red counterpart which can be used with almost anything.
It’s a hard one, but I am going for red.

Brown for me. Have never been able to stand red sauce since eating a ketchup laden burger whilst watching Zombie Flesh Eaters circa 1983.

In Scotland you do get a variation on the brown sauce which has a higher vinegar content. Very nice :)
Brown. I grew out of red about the age of 13.
Or Worcestershire sauce on eggs.
But thats brown as well
