Gone, I’m afraid.
A sad day for football.I do feel some sympathy for Bury.
Sad day for our neighbours their poor fans and Bury in general. Let’s hope all those responsible burn in hell.
Greed league including players should hold their heads in shame.It’s not really their fault how much they are paid, but I do get where you are coming from. Football as a whole seriously needs to take a look at itself.
This story ain’t over listening to the outcry of Bury,s demise legal action and lawsuits will follow and the likes of Day, Dale and perhaps even the EFL should be worried.
Very sad for both sets of supporters but like most people on here I relate to Bury as that could so easily have been us. We continue to try like everyone else in the championship to gain premiership status. Do I really miss it ??? Truth is no.This championship is without doubt the most competitive and difficult league in Europe and truth is its probably a great level for us.
I would still like us to get back in the premiership even if it was just 1 season as the torrent of money it would provide would sustain us for a good few years (Managed Whelanesque)…..Hope Bury resurrect and fight their way back …..I’m sure they will !!!
