Let’s hope that Owen builds a resurgent Latics and that Roberto looks back with deep regret. He only survived at Wigan because the fans truly wanted an all time legend and thus afforded him much more tolerance and patience than any other club would or will. If I’m truthful his highlights ( FA Cup Final apart ) were few and far between; and overshadowed by relegation. I’m looking forward to more exictement in one season, than we’ve had in the past four.
5 July 2013 at 1:32 am #117308The only true legends are the fans, who have followed this club through good and bad, and will continue to follow this club no matter what. A football club is for life, not just the Premiership.
5 July 2013 at 1:38 am #117309anyone any thought`sYeah.
My thoughts are you need some much needed English lessons.
Coyle out. Terrible signings.

The future is in front of us now, Martinez is part of our history – to some with either fondness or hatred. Personally, I couldn’t care less for the man now.
All managers talk the talk when they’re at their respective clubs, it part and parcel of the bollocks required and Martinez was no different. Coyle will be the same, that’s how it is and always will be.
Forget him.
5 July 2013 at 4:21 am #117314Personally if I was to name my top 10 WAFC moments from the last 10 years then 6 are with Martinez at the helm.
5 July 2013 at 4:37 am #117317Personally if I was to name my top 10 WAFC moments from the last 10 years then 6 are with Martinez at the helm.I’d tend to agree with that Egg.
I sincerely hope he does well with Everton so we can turn round to people who doubted his abilities and say ‘See, told you he was a good manager’.
5 July 2013 at 4:50 am #117320I’m with the crew who hope he takes Everton down. Listening to him talk now he is repeating exactly the same comments that he did when he joined us. Yeah I know he has to bum his current club up, but I really did think he had a genuine affection with our club, that he would never have with any other.
Took us down, jumped ship, took all his cronies and is now after raping our playing staff.
Please Bobby wreck everything that Moyes has built and lets see what BK has to say about the manager who showed him on an ipad how to beat Man City at Wembley. Wonder if Bobby has shown him how he managed to lose 9-1 at WHL and 8-0 at Chelsea.
Come on Owen lets trade places with the Toffees at the end of the season and rape half of their best players come next July.
From Matlock to ManU

Okay, so if you are extending to 40 years, what would you include?Surely the top three have to be:
Winning the FA Cup
Winning promotion to the Premier League
Joining the Foootball LeagueHe’s given us one of them.
