Bugger! With a 12.15 ko for us I was looking for a non-league game to go to!

Been there a few times, but usually go to Ashton Town, Ashton Athletic, St Helens Town (at Ashton) or Robin Park, but they were all away.

There’s also Prescot (Prescot Cables and AFC Liverpool), Skem, Warrington and Burscough. Loads of options.

Are Chorley not currently the highest ranked out of your aforementioned and top of their division ?

Ah, then he would be accused of glory hunting.

But that is how teams attract new fans or neutrals ! I am pretty sure that Chorley will be getting more on at home games now than if they were say mid table !

How many of the 849 at the game yesterday do you think were glory hunters?

Chorley also offer concession rate admission to League season ticket holders.

Still doesn’t pull in the crowds.

The game at that level to have been at yesterday was Nantwich Town v Trafford
Apparently the assistant referee on the main stand side was superb!!! ;-)

Not what I’ve heard. The word “clowns” was used, I believe. ;)

Ha ha!! Well done for digging that one out!!
Unfortunately there was no assessor there to back either of our claims up!!
Trafford’s chairman told me an offside I flagged for late on when the guy was clean through on goal was wrong but I’m never wrong!!

I’m the assistant on the right as you look at the photo – great performance & handsome too!!
