Anyone who thinks relegation won’t happen after witnessing that today is the most deluded person ever. We haven’t got enough fight or heart to stay in this division or enough ability to dig results out.

We huffed and puffed but never looked like scoring today – again.
They should have been at least 1 up at half time. 2 cleared off the line.
So we can’t really complain about the result.
It’s going to be hard to attract a decent manager being in our predicament. Still at least the new manager will get a couple of weeks of the transfer window to get some players in. :cheer:

I think the technicality of these stats is that if we play a ball forward into the goal mouth that would have gone in if the keeper hadn’t taken it counts as a shot on target. No matter how weak.
For me today there was plenty of effort, unfortunately with zilch qualityThat’s about right. It was a fluke goal that sank us too. That was never a shot, it was an over-hit hopeful ball into the box.
