Similar stuff today and just didn’t do enough to deserve to win that game however some very encouraging performances .
Evans , Robinson, Byrne and Kipre stand outs for me and some good forward play from josh Windass.
No blame for their goal just a quality finish. And with this clowns boring shite approach to playing football we amassed a lofty two shots on target. Not acceptable. He needs to go.
Did you boo Jewell in his early days when we lost games 3 and 4 1 with hardly amy shots?
Don’t think I did but I don’t think I booed this joker after three games. This time last year the clown pissed me off and often in the promotion season when his crap football couldn’t break sides down at home.
Please don’t mention Paul Jewell in the same breath as Clown.15 December 2019 at 10:07 am #182956Kipre has one of his best games today but Lee Evans in midfield has been a revelation with his passing range.
Something has changed , bit of advice from the old heads in the club maybe.
Some hope at the very least , not out of it .Same shit result against a relegation rival. Two shots on target in 90 odd minutes. Magical stuff.

Some hope at the very least , not out of it .We seem to attack more with Evans in the side but I think he slows the play down too often rather than play a simple pass to keep it going.
Thought the game had draw written all over it really, as both sides just seemed to cancel each other out. We need some wins over xmas to hopefully start 2020 with a bit of confidence
15 December 2019 at 2:31 pm #182958Vital they turn this reasonable form into wins over Christmas starting with the arduous trip to in form Blackburn.
Has a heavy away defeat written all over that one but I’m interested to see how this new set up responds to that fixture.
He has to keep this team now and see how it goes , no use returning to the previous tactics and plan.
A good Christmas and things might look loads better,we will be underdogs in every fixture now which might just suit us .15 December 2019 at 2:46 pm #182959Normal service resumed. Soon be rock bottom. Yesterday was pants. The only hope is a new manager to try re-energize and motivate us and that seems unlikely so league 1 getting nearer. The fact we can’t beat the teams around us is damning. All his over used excuses are irksome and the clubs hierarchy a disgrace refusing to address this situation. God help us at Blackburn who are heading to play offs and on a roll a club who again spent less than us but simply have a wiser, shrewder more experienced and far better man in charge.
15 December 2019 at 3:05 pm #182960Don’t see us winning another game till he goes.

What a journey!15 December 2019 at 5:53 pm #182964I’ll hold my hands up and give some praise to Kipre. He’s had 2 really good games and I honestly thought he was the worst defender we have ever had. Hope it continues and he has finally rid himself of those awful 3-4 ridiculous moments he displayed in every previous game he’s played.
Nice one Cedric! From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!15 December 2019 at 6:02 pm #182965We are dropping points imo because we are simply not taking our chances when they are presented to us.
15 December 2019 at 6:50 pm #182966I was expecting a classic “after the Lord Mayor’s show” performance with Naismith and Dunkley tripping over each other. But that didn’t happen thankfully. Confidence is so fragile at the moment I’m just glad we didn’t lose in the last minute, pick up any injuries or get anyone sent off before we head into the Bermuda Triangle on Monday.
Two games unbeaten!!

Well, I didn’t want to say, but I’d rather see him up front!
18 December 2019 at 3:11 pm #183015We have dropped 20 points from winning positions. Had we not have dropped those points, we’d be 3rd in the league from all accounts.
Have you offset your figure with the 10 points we have gained from losing/drawing positions?
I simply read it somewhere – that’s all!! :)
