A week later and the stats seem to suggest that it really is one town – two teams, with very few people watching both Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors.
Of course, this poll (and the one on C&W) will represent the more “Extremist” views, so I would expect the results to be heavily in favour of “their” sport, but thanks to all you who bothered to take part.
And thanks also to the spelling police for pointing out my faux pas – I’ll go and devour a dictionary tomorrow instead of an Easter Egg!
Seems their little thread over there has been revived after the game today.

Bad hand nothing. I bet he’s got a great hand – and strong wrist too. The other hand is much weaker though as it’s only used when reaching for Kleenex.You have to admit it, your average chubby is a bit on the thick side, that’s just my perception of them, a bit thick!
I wouldn’t say that by any stretch of the imagination considering some of the bright sparks we have on this forum (names withheld).
