RL will always be second best to RU in Wales unfortunately. They’re bred on it. They had the chance to build something with the two Crusaders efforts but as usual the RFL blew it.

They had the chance to build something with the two Crusaders efforts but as usual the RFL blew it.I don’t think they would ever have got there Egg. RU is bigger than football in quite a few parts of Wales. For me it was a silly decision because they were trying to promote a product where they already had two much stronger products.
Rugby League needs to be consolidated and redeveloped in the areas they’ve neglected over recent years whilst trying to implant it into other areas that really aren’t interested.
I wouldnt go and watch England play full stop.

I used to play for the Aberystwyth side when i was a student there back in the mid 90’s
We once got beat 96-0 by UWIC & it would have been more if the ref hadn’t took pity on us & only played about half an hour in the 2nd half.
