I just get a feeling, silly as it sounds, that he didnt actually go yesterday, I could be well wide of the mark, and if I am I don’t apologise, but the way he has to explain about how much a pint and a burger was, and seeing people drinking from their plastic glasses, and getting the prices wrong at that, just a thought.
Ha ha. Course I went, idiot.
Ask Jason….he booked coach for me.
Unbelievable. what’s the problem with some on here? Ffs.
It won’t be that bad, the rugby have done it for years, and both sets of fans are always on the M6 for that aren’t they?
Could actually be a good crack on the way down at the services etc, as long as folks can be normal human beings eh?
I think coaches etc get allocated different services on the way down.
Even so Cup Finals are usually more family-oriented events (if Millwall aren’t playing – I’ll bet the FA are breathing more easily today), so there’s unlikely to be trouble
“In the Semi-Final and Final Ties a toss of a coin shall determine the choice of colours if a clash occurs. The toss of coin shall be made by a representative of The Association and shall be witnessed by the representatives of the Semi-Finalists and Finalists with the toss taking place at The Associations’ offices or another suitable location as soon as possible after the Sixth Round Proper or Semi-Final. “

Hope so. The toilet queue at Warwick was a joke. (went and found some trees as wouldn’t of had time and was bursting)
My worry is that they will be patronizing us all the way down “you’ve done well for a little club, but we’re a massive club….” and so on. Every City fan I’ve met like to crack on they’re ‘salt of the earth’ and have been going for years.
as long as i can remember, the fa cup final has always been played at wembley, regardless how far you had to travel. the reason it’s at the time it is, is because it is now being watched by millions globaly, more so the east and far east where they are mad on our football, so the kick off time coincides with the best possible exposure to them. can you imagine our little club will be in the spotlight in front of millions and squillions worldwide :woohoo: :woohoo:

Except when it was at Cardiff ;)
The world-wide audience thing doesn’t hold water. Late kick offs only help viewers in the States, and then the time zones won’t make it reasonable time. Grand Prixs are usually raced (with the exception of the Far East) to be at 2pm UK time. Even Abu Dhabi and Singapore are “night races”. So global sports use standard British time as the measure.
For Asia – the big new football market – a 5pm kick off is even worse that 3pm.
