I am glad you answered my request for reasons to continuing supporting martinez, I only wish the person I aimed it at would have done so, I am afraid though not one of your points has any real factual basis.
Oh I’ve made a mistake then bobby hasn’t kept us up for 2 seasons, those kind words said by other managers are a figment of my imagination.
You have just proved to everyone that you are a first class numpty! goodpost
If you believe jr that one manager would not come and say nice things about another manager then it is you who is the numpty. Especially when the above mentioned manager has gifted the other managers team with a welcome 3 points
I’m sorry but that statement is the most nieve thing I’ve ever read. Managers don’t gift points believe me, for example Bobby really thought that team could have beat Swindon yesterday, it wasn’t just a case of gifting Swindon a 4th round place. SAF thought the team he put out against Blackburn at OT could have easily beaten them.
I have read many articles written by managers giving rave reviews about Bobby as a manager and coach having undertaken coaching sessions at FA Schools of excellence with him. I’m not just talking about what a manager says about the opposition manager on MOTD, after his team has just beaten theirs.
Well jr I don’t care who says what the fact of the matter is we for the best part of 3 seasons have been crap. I don’t have to listen to other peoples opinions I have seen it with my own eyes. And yesterday

8 January 2012 at 5:55 pm #77561You can be the best coach in the World but you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear ! Martinez’s signings are Championship class at best and whether or not its lack of funds or bad choices the squad on the whole are not capable of playing the ” beautiful game ” as its sometimes called ! From the efforts I have seen, I would call it the ” Fruitless game ” We aint 2nd from bottom on bad luck and dodgy ref decisions ! Wake up !!

Look for them yourself, or can’t you use Google. ;)
You made a comment that none of my statements arguments were based on facts. I was just pointing out that actually some of them where e.g Bobby has kept us up twice and others I believe may come to fruition. For missing that fact twice and for being multi poster of the year, I’ll now dub you Sir Mega of Numptyland. goodpost
From Matlock to ManU

I am so glad I have joined the ranks of “first class numpty” so early in my participating on this forum, I must now strive to attain the status of mega-numpty, something I have become aware of in my couple of years reading your crap on this board.
To answer you, Wigan Athletic have stayed in the premiership inspite of much of what this manager has done not because of it, and as I said before I have always given him my full support and still hope he can bring us success.
The other thing you claim about other managers singing his praises is rubbish, the whole of football is so wrapped up in its own importance and we know best attitude, they all top to bottom look down on anyone, owners, chairmen, presenters and fans who have not played the game they treat us all with distane and contemptif we dare to challenge anything in their little insular world, and fools like you quote their opinions when it suits your cause.
These managers singing martinezs praises, are these the same managers who give 100% support to steve keane, or did do with roy keene, avram grant, gianfranco zola, tony mowbary, roberto di matteo to name a few, and I have only picked the ones who “other managers” heaped praise on as well, speaks volumes of them doesn’t it.If you have any other reasons for your support of the manager, feel free to share them with the board and try not to personalise it with insults its not very clever in either written or smiley faces form.
Careful haker this goon tends to be like a rat trapped in a corner – he goes for the jugular when anyone offers an alternative view to his clouded drivel, it gets him angry when he has no legitimate answer, get your tin hat on, but no doubt my post will deflect some of the flack as anything I post is like showing a red rag to a bull with this imbecile.

I have spent the last 10 minutes or so searching google for the article you have stated you have read and I am afraid i cant find one that is remotely like the “many” you have read, i will also remind you of your original reply:-
“Martinez is recognised by all the ‘football people’ in this country including owd purple nose, as being the most knowledgeable, exciting, determined young manager around”.
All I am asking is that you show everybody on this board that these are not a figment of your imagination and not made up to try and legitimise your opinions.
8 January 2012 at 6:37 pm #77578Most managers talk about how Martinez tries to play the game in the ‘right way.’ That’s about as far as you will get. The depths some people go to flog a dead horse.
8 January 2012 at 6:53 pm #77582I can’t believe JR went to all the trouble to post that long winded why i love Roberto post. I was actually asking 34 and not him the reasons why i should think Martinez is the best thing since sliced bread. Nothing he as said as made me change my mind. I don’t went to get caught up in baseless name calling as well so lets not go there. we will beg to differ and leave it at that.

Like you,my challenge was to 34years who always attacks opposing opinions to his own and never has or will offer a counter arguement, and that statement is also aimed at the anti martinez brigade who also offer no creditable solution if martinez was sacked.8 January 2012 at 7:26 pm #77590I can’t believe JR went to all the trouble to post that long winded why i love Roberto post. If bobby was sacked what would be the solution, why wasnt there this reaction for jewell/bruce,it is now turning into a farcikle witch hunt by some supporters and before you reply with another martinez luvie, i am not,i want the guy to do well but i support the club as a hole not just when things are going well8 January 2012 at 7:33 pm #77591Anonymous

I suggest you may want to take a sedative and have a lie down, then perhaps you can come back later a little more refreshed and explain to us all what on earth you are talking about.

It is trite and condescending remarks like that that shows the true person behind the clever prose.
He doesn’t have to explain it to me………I got it (as I am sure did quite a few others)

You may be a little cleverer than I am, but aceface ‘quoted’ something I had said and I didn’t understand what he was talking about, just as I dont understand your/his clever prose.
