Does anyone know what the deadline was for claiming your own seat for ST holders?
Tried a couple of times today and can’t get my own seat in WS4. Looking on the seat plan there’s virtually nothing available above row J.
At this rate I’m not going. I was 50/50 whether to go or not; if I can’t have my own seat this early then that’s decided it.

21 December 2016 at 11:20 pm #15336028th December is the last day to get your season ticket seat. If you are checking on the seat finder, yours will not appear as free cos its reserved for you until the 28th.
I always want to sit in my season ticket seat even if you can’t reserve them. I just go early to the game and get it. :cheer:From Matlock to ManU

It doesn’t do, it will just show as unavailable [but not to you]. The reason they do this is because the tickets are on general sale so it stops someone nicking your seat before the deadline date of December 28th.
You will either have to ring the ticket office with your client code or go in person.
Stop panicking lad, tha’ll be awreet!! B)

What a journey!23 December 2016 at 6:02 pm #153420Has anyone managed to solve this yet?
I still can’t get to my seats, and I refuse to pay for a premium phonecall, an admin fee, and have to hope on the tickets being posted with all the staff being off over the holidays, when online I buy them whenever and print at home.
I’ve tried messaging the club, but not really getting anywhere.23 December 2016 at 6:06 pm #153421Has anyone managed to solve this yet?

Just been on ticket website, absolutely no change…no progress at all.
Nothing on the website about how to claim our seats. Why should ST have to ring up when anyone else can go online and print off ticket at home, as you say?

The answer to that question is because you have the privilege of securing your own seat, even though they are on general sale.!
If you want your own seat that badly, get on the phone[ if you don’t have a mobile phone, I guess someone in your household will], or nip to the ground to claim your seat if you don’t want to pay the £2 booking fee.
If you are not that bothered about sitting in your season card seat, do what all non season ticket holders are doing and book online, its a simple as that.
Not really a thing to moan about, given the amount of time you have had to claim your seat and just a tenner at that. :huh:From Matlock to ManU

Source?
If it is the official position, I won’t be going on principle and would encourage other ST’ers to stay away as well. The attendance will be poor at best, so why make it difficult for us to claim our seats?
