Good news!
Just tried again and it’s now working. Comes up on the main tickets screen as a reserved ticket.
Jamesc, can you confirm the source for your earlier assertion?
23 December 2016 at 8:38 pm #153440Has anyone managed to solve this yet?
I still can’t get to my seats, and I refuse to pay for a premium phonecall, an admin fee, and have to hope on the tickets being posted with all the staff being off over the holidays, when online I buy them whenever and print at home.
I’ve tried messaging the club, but not really getting anywhere.Funny you should post now GL, I was just about to!
Just been on ticket website, absolutely no change…no progress at all.
Nothing on the website about how to claim our seats. Why should ST have to ring up when anyone else can go online and print off ticket at home, as you say?
The answer to that question is because you have the privilege of securing your own seat, even though they are on general sale.!
If you want your own seat that badly, get on the phone[ if you don’t have a mobile phone, I guess someone in your household will], or nip to the ground to claim your seat if you don’t want to pay the £2 booking fee.
If you are not that bothered about sitting in your season card seat, do what all non season ticket holders are doing and book online, its a simple as that.
Not really a thing to moan about, given the amount of time you have had to claim your seat and just a tenner at that.
Is that the official club position? There’s nothing on the website to confirm any instructions for ST holders
Yes, it is.
Source?
If it is the official position, I won’t be going on principle and would encourage other ST’ers to stay away as well. The attendance will be poor at best, so why make it difficult for us to claim our seats?
Whats so difficult about picking a phone up and dialing 0871 66 33 552? FFS Leyland tha making a song and dance about this, even with your booking fee itul just cost £12 for your fekin seat!
I take it if we get to the final you wont be arsed about getting to the ground and queue up for a ticket or spend an hour on the phone waiting to be dealt with.
This thread needs winding up, its getting too silly when folk are after people boycotting a game because the club won’t deliver their Forrest tickets to them in bed for nowt. :PFrom Matlock to ManU

Great.
I’ll take some credit for it.
Been talking with the club this afternoon, and they seem to have sorted it.
They accepted that there was a problem – unlike some on here23 December 2016 at 8:52 pm #153444Has anyone managed to solve this yet?

0871 numbers are charged, so it’ll cost more than that. And with the holiday it won’t be certain they’ll get sent out.
As it is, I now have my tickets printed at home.23 December 2016 at 8:57 pm #153445FFS! Shut the fuck up about seats there’s going to be plenty seats available, just pay the tenner and enjoy the game, unbelievable!
Fuck the EFL
23 December 2016 at 9:14 pm #153448I should imagine the ST holders will snatch the tickets up and bring extra guests too at a tenner. So cheap it’s unbelievable. After all these are our most loyal fans who fork out upfront for their tickets. Can’t imagine a tenner putting them off, it’s not like they’ve had to fork out up to £28-00 a match that non at holders have to.
Where they sit can’t influence going or not surely,or can it? Let’s see how loyal everyone is at a tenner a chuck which is a great gesture.23 December 2016 at 9:38 pm #153449Good news!

The game is taking place on the 7th January not 30th December, even with the bank holidays for xmas and new year they would still reach us in time if sent out by a snail with big daddy on its back. :lol:From Matlock to ManU

24 December 2016 at 3:39 pm #153458It’s a bit of a funny one this subject. Just wondering why it is so important to use the same seat. It’s quite good doing a Springfield. Go to one end of the East or West depending on which way Latics are kicking and there’s always loads of seats empty to choose from.
