Liddell and Haworth both made their debut against Man City so thats a no. Stuart Barlow could be one though?
good god was the clive evans ones really 29 years ago,i remember that game it was a scorching hot day and a brilliant game,i think bobby campbell scored for bradford,that was the season we got promoted i think,eamon o’keefe was signed in january to give us the push towards it

it was a guess that, i was thinking like you egg who in between duke/roberts,wasnt that at the time we had all that first bad blood with west brom over signings-why ? aaahh because they took horsfield off us,thats it horsfield probably did it.
but now i have checked and found horsfield now on wikipedia and it says he scored on debut for us in a 4-2 win against wimbledon on 13th september 2003.
Did Andy Mutch score for us on debut, possibly at Deepdale?according to this link he did score while on loan for us but it doesnt say if it was on debut,the swindon town website is (who he played for at the time ) is even less helpful
