27 April 2010 at 11:41 pm #30982can you lend me ten bob
28 April 2010 at 1:26 am #30994Correct me if i am wrong but bob as done the same as jewell and spud head this season and that was to keep us up,jewell kept us up on the last day of the season and was hailed a hero, bob as kept us up with 2 games still to play.I am no super fan as you put it,and i have said before i will not judge bob this season but i do think we have the right man for the job,if you are so brassed off with him why do you keep going to watch them, the new season starts in 4mths and you are already spreading your darkness
28 April 2010 at 1:29 am #30995sorry j but you moved the thread before i finished the other with same thread title
28 April 2010 at 1:44 am #31000Jewells acheivements were far far superior.
2 promotions in three years.
10th place finish in his first EPL season
carling cup final in first season
A dramatic win to stay in the league and against all the odds
After all that was it any wonder that the supporters stuck with him the guy was a legend probably our finest ever manager.
My question is
Do you ever shout at half time or do you pat them on the head if we are losing?28 April 2010 at 1:46 am #31001What were your expectations for this season in August 2009?
28 April 2010 at 1:48 am #31002He answered that one in July 09 when he joined the club.
28 April 2010 at 1:58 am #31004Thanks.
How about:
“You have just overseen a season with the lowest points tally (assuming 3 or less points from last 2 games) in 5 premiership seasons. Do you feel you have failed, considering your aim at the start of the season was to improve on last season’s final position”?
28 April 2010 at 2:02 am #31005So now you bother to rifle back through the internet to look up what he expected but couldn’t be bothered 15mins ago ?
You lazy git.
But JayT clearly mentions that questions need to be e-mailed. ;) :o
Anyone would think you were trying to be a shit stirrer :P . Not me though. You spend too much time and put too much effort into pretending not to be interested.
28 April 2010 at 2:10 am #31008and you really think he’s going to ask anything I suggest????
28 April 2010 at 2:19 am #31012So you went out of your way and looked up RM’s expectations for the season, wrote out a question for relief of boredom ? to shit stir ? to show genuine interest?
Gerrit sent in yer soft mess.

I think if you actually read anything that was said at the beginning of the season or from November, Roberto never mentioned ‘improving on last season’s final position’.
He had a three year plan of which the first year was to stay in the Premier League whilst changing the whole ethos at the football club (with regards to training, scouting and most importantly, the way we play).
Maybe I should ask him if he realises that even with a record low points score in this league he still managed to clock up more points than Sunderland did in two whole seasons, so things could have been a lot worse.
