Jussi will be signing a two year deal
And we are apparently 250,000 shy of the asking price for Ali, but the sound bytes say that an agreement will be made and a deal done by the end of next week…. so hopefully he will be a latics player this time next week.

Hope so as he was superb for us last season and obviously from his reaction after we won at Stoke he loves being a Tics mon. :dance: :dance: :dance:
If he hadn’t signed should have gone for casper schmichael ( however you spell it ) from leeds as games I’ve seen him play in he’s been superb.
Did I see on the released list that Pollitt was going? If so, and Ali stays, wonder who’ll be first reserve? Can’t see Kirkland wanting to sit on the bench any more.
Is the young lad good enough? If you’re good enough, you’re old enough – the big Spanish teams would have had him playing by now if he was.
