Before I vote in this referendum I need to know if it is:
1. Binding? YES
2. what proportion of the population has to vote for it to be valid? 30 posters have the chance to vote, but if only one person was to vote, that would be enough.
3. Whether we all know what we are voting for? Its not rocket science.
4. What is an acceptable margin to declare an outright victory, and whether that is proportional to the turnout? 1-0 would be enough
5. That if this all goes horribly to worms that the person who delared the need for the referendum fesses up and makes an appearance, even if it is in the stocks. He already has.

GG, as you should already know, I am the Chairman of the International Electoral & Referendum Commitee, and as such have the power to control the decision of the Commitee.
The Commitee will however answer you clearly and concisely but will come to the decision that their beloved leader (ME) advises them.
If you wish to continue with your futile challenge of my decision to disqualify you, you could ask me personally without going to the Commitee.
I will then review my decision, but I must warn you at this stage that I will not change my decision unless a bulging brown envelope marked clearly for the attention of Fido pops through my letterbox by midnight tonight. (the new deadline for bribery and corruption has recently changed to midnight)
If you fail to present Fido with his brown envelope, tough titty the decision stands.
I hope this has cleared everything up and we can soon move on to the important task of guessing the gate of the QPR match.
