I managed to record it whilst i was aborad but unfortunately, its plastered with a “you need to replace your viewing card” banner from about the 2nd minute all the way trough…i have only seen the MoTD highlights.

This is of course provided you have your DVD recorder connected to your Sky+ box. It can be a fiddle getting it connected correctly & ensuring you’re on the right channel etc but once done is a doddle.
Oh & I would do the honours but i got rid of my DVD recorder as i wasnt using it after the novelty wore off.
