TV does some strange things. They wear those daft shirts in Barrow and Millom plus some folk have Leeds and Saints shirts.

Is that comment aimed at me egg. If so here i go again. I am a born & bred wiganer since 1972. Started to support latics from season 1978 so yes latics are my local team for 38 seasons now. I moved to runcorn in 2004 c/o my wife who is from here. So there is no need to throw any stones in my house.
No. It was aimed at the several people on here who criticise Wigan RL for having fans from outside the town whilst they also come from outside the town.
The difference in most cases is that the rugby fans don’t drive past other rugby clubs to get to games.
So folk in Barrow and Millom don’t drive past Barrows Rugby ground on the way to Wigan. Also if your out of town thing was aimed at LHL well that’s where he lives now but he is from Wrightington that is is in Metro Kremlin Borough of Wigan. Ei I ei I ei I oh!
