My old man went to Colwyn Bay v’s Chester last week, whilst my brother is in hospital there. there was 3000 on apparently. wrexham hooligans turned up and smashed the place up. there was two police helicopters and it was like being in Basra he said.

I wouldn’t criticise anyone for having a bash at writing. It’s very easy to carp but it takes some effort and thought to produce something like this, I know. What I would say Duke is, remember it’s “quality rather than quantity” that counts – very few of us can achieve both 8-)
I’m writing a book.
I’ve written down all the page numbers and I just have to fill in the rest.:)
Pictures are good way to fill it.
Also, they are a good way to allow 50% of this forum membership to get some enjoyment out of your book. Words just spoil it for many of them.
It’s amazing what you can copy and paste from google these days.

God, even when I have been out of the country for a week, and not even seen a computer, I can start threads on here, my powers know no bounds.
Back to the serious side, sorry if my article didn’t please you all, but at least I had a go, if you think you can do better, then why don’t you?
And to be honest, I don’t think anything I wrote was bullshit, so Scoffy, you’re saying that you disagree with me and that football hooliganism is actually a good thing? If not, then please state to me which part of the article you think is bollocks, that goes to however else said it was bull aswell, I can’t be arsed to go and check who.
And yeah, I did use wikipedia as my source, but I had to use something didn’t I? If I had used any other website I don’t think anyone would have cared, just because I use wikipedia should it be any different. Plus, info on this kind of thing is limited due to it’s private nature, so I didn’t have many sources to pick from.
Thanks for the constructive criticism Griff, but I’d like to think my article had a little bit of quality?
