They do not insult posters they criticise their opinions. Totally different. And stu was banned a while ago for it.

We all went through the ringer when it was 13 without a win, and all the rest bizzare performances. Whatever happens this will be the strangest season in my memory.
But we should respect each others opinions

Ha ha, thanks! Kirk is actually one of my comic heroes and he always gets a killer line every Friday night (unless Scary Mary hogs the limelight). I am definitely on Kirk’s wavelength in intelligence.
This forum is essential reading after a match and is often uncannily close to Paul Kendrick‘s Sunday match report on line (I’m not him btw,). I think the passionate arguing reflects everyone’s love for club, what it brings to us, and, that we can contribute ourselves. We are truly blessed to be part of the Mighty Latics and Cockney Latic.
Long may our rants and arguments continue.

If the moderator would like to cast his eye over these posts it will be plainly obvious who comes on and immediately starts with negative posts….my posts prior to the last game were positive…in fact I’ve predicted us to win at Reading/West Brom…..straight after I was full of praise for the performance and everyone involved. On comes Big Roy…..any positivity??…Nah just his cry baby ,negativity, insults…..He really is a cock…. .his opinion and no one elses. I’ll stand by my posts….Cook has made staggeringly bad decisions for 2 seasons, and has played players who should have been benched. What idiot thinks Masseys 1 good performance justifys his inclusion on a regular basis?….but Roy is 1 angry,self opinionated, obstinate head in the sand poster…..calm down and take a chill pill…..its only a game !!!
We all agree that EVERYONE is entitled to have an opinion be it pro or anti the club that deep down we all love.
What I for one can’t understand is the hatred, vitriol and constant abuse thrown at our club and manager, often before a ball has been kicked. Team announcements lead to fu@@kin this, f@@kin that, w@@ker this and wa@@@ that, we are all grown ups FFS. We ALL have been unhappy with the way things have panned out this season but there is a grown up way of showing it.
That’s what gets some posters backs up and leads to these abusive personal posts.
Sorry Egg don’t agree with you on this, it doesn’t matter who the abusive insults are aimed at, poster to poster, or poster to Paul Cook, they are equally has bad and aimed at an individual. The difference being PC can’t defend himself on here or if he could, he wouldn’t be able to for obvious reasons.
I suggest we all grow up a bit and if we are unhappy with team selection, manager, board etc then
by all means have a go, but let’s keep it grown up or the insults between posters will continue and deflect away from sensible discussions we should be having. People will have different views, let’s accept and deal with that properly.From Matlock to ManU

Only on this site could I have read such an argument after possibly our best win of the season. Spot on JR amazing how the anonymity of a username on a forum gives people the right to abuse one another. If we all sat in the pub together it wouldn’t happen nor does it on the Facebook forums as your true identity is there for all to see.
