Ivan Ramis decided he wanted to leave the club but unfortunately for him he failed medicals at both Cardiff and Palace.

What is your opinion of him now he remains a Latics player, well at least to the end of the season. Get him fit and in the team, after all he is one of our better players when he manages to get on the field.

      or

Outcast him to the development Squad knowing that he really wanted out of our club to get back into the premier league [for at least a few months, bearing in mind the plight of the two clubs that wanted him]

      What a journey!

Ramis did not decide he wanted to leave he was touted by the club in the same way, and for the same reason Holt was, FINANCIAL, Ramis is our highest paid player on 35k per week and for that reason alone the club wanted him out, just as they wanted Holts 28k per week off the books.

If he wants to move then there is no better way than by showing he is fit and up to the job. The reason he’s not elsewhere right now is because he failed the medicals (another indictment of Coyle’s fitness regime in not helping him recover?)

I think he’ll put that extra effort in at training, and if he plays will give 100% to prove himself.

Which idiot sanctioned the £28K ( If this is true ) a week wage for Holt !!!

Now that is bad business and not with the benefit of hindsight I hasten to add ! ;)

Amazing how some seem to demonise ex managers.

Ramis was well into a long term recovery programme well before Coyle took over and returned to training at about the predicted time, his next bout of injury woes have happened under ‘Herr Tinkerman’.

Perhaps the rush him back to get him sold policy overseen by Rosler is the real reason for his latest woes and Coyle’s cautious treatment of him was right.

What, the same Coyle that insisted the club paying him £30k a week for three years?

Not sure what your spin is on this but it’s nice to see you back talking the same shit you always used to. What’s Rosler done to upset you?

*And you accuse me of talking shit :woohoo:

No problem with Rosler, my problem is with Wiganers who are making him out to be some form of football god, while claiming Coyle was the Devil.

          ps

For someone who was inviting everyone to join you for a drink after your ‘ordeal’ you are home early, nobody turn up ?

Before the game, knobhead. I have plans this evening. You weren’t invited anyway.

I’ve sussed out why you don’t like Rosler. Because you know that cleaner at the Echo who probably has a link to the journo at the Mirror who got everything directly from Coyle, you must be really pissed off that that you can’t find out anything useful(less) any more.

Good to have you back – I didn’t like that bus conductor alter-ego you has when we had a cup run going on.

What’s your point? Who else made the decision to give him a ridiculous contract? You? you seem to know everything else. Or maybe you know someone else who thinks they do and knows your gullible enough to fall for their shit.

Griff please take a friendly word of advice you will realise what a prick you are making of yourself when you sober up so just leave it for now. What on earth has Coyle’s tenure at the club got to do with Ramis’s contract or wages ?

            edit

I have just realised in your drunken stupor you may be confusing Ramis with Holt, who was mentioned as well.

Well to answer who sanctioned his wages ask your football playing buddy, as I think both him and his boss must have been the ACTUAL ones who sanctioned that “ridiculous contract”

Do you know what, you are absolutely right. Even before I saw your edit I realised I was indeed talking about Holt. Consider yourself in receipt of an unreserved apology! Sorry.

And yes, they would have sanctioned it. But only because he asked for it. Just like Martinez asked for even more for Boselli, before you throw that at me! ;)

Go away, the big children are having an argument, here. Nothing to do with the likes of you.
