according to sky we inquired about him
but he does not want to leave one relegation battle to join another
that tells a story apart from any loan deals nobody will want to join us
im certain that some fans on here are wigan athletic fans simply from playing fantasy football or champ manager.
How the hell are we going to afford top class players on massive wages with a home crowd of little over 13,000. We have no income. we are not a sustainable company. we depend on a certain gentleman to give our club the finances to stay afloat.
the only income we make is from TV revenue. apart from player sales which go back into the running of the club on a day to day business we have no more money to spend.
The sooner some fans realise this maybe the sooner we can start supporting the players we have, instead of belittling them by chanting them off the pitch.
i actually get quite embarressed at home games now, with some of the absolute rubbish some of our fans are coming out with.
example of gent sat in row D WS6 – ” GET STAM OFF HE’S BLOODY RUBBISH”
that belter was after 11 mins against city.
Dont forget to include the wages in your “Prem league pecking order statement”.A couple of signings apart he has bought poorly with the money he has had. Please enlighten me as to what stats you use which keep your pro Martinez fires burning ?Or to you has Robbies career now overtaken the club as the most important thing for some supporters .It is very simple .In Robbies tenure we have been poor with no sign of improvement and unfortunately the buck must stop at his feet.

So are you denying that we are the least attractive football club in the Premier League, and aside from Burnley and possibly Blackpool, always have been since we got there?
This wasn’t a pro or anti Martinez thread, and I’m not going to turn it into one as every f’cking thread follows the same vein.

Forgive me, but if you care to look at the first reply to this thread, which just happens to be yours, thats exactly what you HAVE done, you seem to the first person to bring martinez’s name into the debate ????
Why are you surprised Bicky? It’s been the same story for the past six years.
We’re the bottom of the Premier League pecking order, and always have been. That’s why our signings are from overseas, Scotland or lower leagues.
(I hear the hooves of an anti-Martinez post galloping towards this thread…)
Back to the original post. I would have liked Klasnic he knows were the net is and has Premiership experience.
I believe we are after loan signings so why wont players come??? At the end of the season they would fook off back to their clubs anyway no matter what division were in :woohoo:
Im with Standish on this one one w,mon, PJ told us how hard he found it to attract players when we were doing well it must be similar with managers. Most would want to spend millions on class players to make his job easier which he obviously wouldnt get at Wigan.
