Beside the point that Stupid, the guy has done his best to keep us in the loop over the past 8 months, hardly ever been wrong, more than our own SC have done for the fans…..FACT!

No debate…..Nixons info has never been too far off. The Spanish/Yanks were close. After Stanley’s takeover trail gone cold statement bollocks last week ,Nixon stated the Bahrani deal was close to completion. Administration have been horrendous,sooner they’ve gone and we can start re-building the better. Let’s just hope the Admin don’t throw another hurdle in the way.
The yanks put in a bid £2m below the asking price and the spanish spent weeks with the efl only to end up with someone who failed efl tests. Aye, both real close.

You’re spot on though browny, this admin has been a joke in terms of professionalism. Arguing with fans on twitter, talking to teenagers in their bedrooms, contradicting one another. Shambles.

Alan Nixon does not care what happens to us. He probably has an article ready to go titled ‘Latics Liquidated’ All he wants is a story and some followers.
He may have posted some truths here and there but he has also posted inaccuracies with bidders and got everyone excited.
As Stu says, if a writer for that particular paper told me the day I would double check. I’m not sure I am using Alan Nixon as my barometer for where this is at.

Nixon only said it was close after the Supporters Club said they had spoken to the Bahrainis and they were getting on with it, shortly after Stanley’s bit of nonsense.
The supporters club have been criticised for not saying anything, but they were the first to say the Bahraini’s were doing it. The admins were criticised for releasing regular statements that said nothing. I think the SC got it bang on.
Granted The Sun is a rag but name me 1 newspaper that has even mentioned our plight in the last 8 months ?? They couldn’t give a F@@@ what happened to us. Only give a shit about the money league. Easy to criticise Nixon because he writes for the Sun but I thought his interview good and at least he kept our situation in the media……Kendrick????
