rodellegaHave to say that if Scharner goes, it will be something of a relief, after all the ‘is he going, staying, whatever’ of the past couple of seasons.
I also agree that Melchiot is nothing like he once was. Past it. His distribution is woeful.
And I agree that Edman should come back in. Looked solid and a really good player, before that injury.
I think Melchiot played alot better with Valencia in front of him. The pair had a similar chemistry to what Neville and Beckham had at United.
N’Zogbia’s inclination to always cut in on his left leaves a fair bit of space down that side and Melchiot has looked a little out of his depth at trying to man it alone.
