Can you do it for me, I’ll end up sending it to my Mother-in-Law or summet. Ta.
6 March 2010 at 7:10 pm #25505Don’t see how the club can make the season tickets any cheaper. Footballers’ wages make it virtually impossible.
If only 11,000 folk want to buy the cheapest season ticket in the Premier League then match day prices are going to have to be reduced.6 March 2010 at 7:14 pm #25510Don’t see how the club can make the season tickets any cheaper. Footballers’ wages make it virtually impossible.

I am not too fssed as it isn’t too dear.

If only 11,000 folk want to buy the cheapest season ticket in the Premier League then match day prices are going to have to be reduced.I think we may not get many more than 11000 season ticket holders but I think more could be done to sell games in batches, next 4 games £55. Some people work abroad or seasonally, regular saturday overtime stops, all sorts of reasons why people can look about a month ahead but things may change for them.

my whole point was that some people cant pay £50 for one match then you say pay £250 all at once

Aye… Our place has regular saturday overtime… But only for a certain period of the year when we are selling a lot. (I dont do it, but quite a few of the lads are latics fans, and they would more than likely be willing to work it). I’ll get that E-mail sent this aft. by the way :D

7 March 2010 at 12:16 am #25547You don’t take an interest in Latics one day, then buy a season ticket the next, whatever the cost.
Football isn’t a product, you have to be emotionally invested in it to consider spending your cash.
That means attracting more walk-up support, who in turn will eventually consider a season ticket.
Big games like Liverpool are the ideal opportunity to attract walk-up support, but not at £30 per ticket.
7 March 2010 at 1:06 am #25549If a crowd of 20,000 isn’t possible against a local giant like the bindippers then it’s time for a serious rethink.
