If SDW et al upsets LOTP so much,why read their comments?? I don’t care much for Wigan RL myself,but I don’t go onto their forums to give them grief- I honestly couldn’t be bothered what they do or think.
A couple of lads I know are both warriors fans and UTD fans as well, as a matter of fact, and if I DO give them grief,(which I do) it’s because they are wiganers who support UTD, rather than because they are rugby fans.
I am old enough to remember the sarcastic and patronising comments meted out by Lindsey and his cronies in years gone by, so I can see where SDW is coming from-but the Latics have moved on now- we might have wanted help from the rugby team then, but we certainly don’t need it now.

I know for a fact that I was on there having a very decent debate at the end of last season and the beginning of this – I have been a registered user on there for over 4 years, and have good banter when I can be bothered going on.
But it looks like there has been a lot of culling and anything that has wendy ball, shatics, Latics or Wigan Athletic in the content is deleted immediately.
Can understand though, losing all their arguments and looking silly on numerous occasions must have been soul destroying for the briggantes massive.i’ll save you all the little hassle of finding out……..here’s the script

The frequenters of C&W do not give two hoots about WAFC. The lack of WAFC-related threads on there proves that. The posters above have had to trawl back almost two years to find anything on there.
Certain posters on here are obsessed with Wigan Warriors. The number of anti-rugby threads, posts and contributers proves this.
Accept it – you can shout “Wigan’s Turning Blue” all you want – it may well be. But the rugby fans really really really do not give a toss.

Not sure where the guy who says “we always wish them well” has been hiding. Quite a large section of the crowd were singing “going down” and “tangerines tangerines tangerines” when Blackpool were 2-1 up at Old Trafford.
I’m also pretty sure we were singing songs such as “que sera sera” “Is there a fire drill” “they’re every fucking where empty seats” and “I’m a believer” for most of the final 10 on Saturday.

They may well have deleted some posts on RL Fans, they may not have done, neither me or you can prove or disprove that so we’ll call it a draw.
However,your view that rugby fans are not interested has proven to be bollocks as highlighted by the link to the thread so that’s 1-0 me.
Actually its about 12-0 me if you count all the times over the last 12 months I have challenged your drivel and you have done a runner choosing instead to respond to some of the more primitive posters.
By your own admission that site is a minority site, with a smaller cross section of fans and they have mentioned it so therefore it would attract a larger interest in a busier site, and they are well known for deleting any form of view which criticises Wigan Warriors, Rugby League or praises any other sport and especially Wigan Athletic.
Be grateful that over here in the free world that it’s not like that….

A brief “one team in Wigan” and “town is turning blue” Can’t say I was impressed with this but it is just a minority, it’s always pleasing to see so many people welcomed at WAFC games wearing the rugby colours and maybe one day this will be reciprocated at rugby games (when they’ve stopped singing “Take me home” perhaps)
Not on C&W. Almost 72 hours have passed and still nobody has mentioned the latics. Just as they didnt mention them the week before either.As I keep saying – they really dont care!
