You accuse ME of having a ‘breakdown’, when there are people on our websites getting all hot and bothered about a few bloody roadsigns? Ha! That’s laughable that.
No. The reason I do not bother on the sites anymore is actually because I am pi** board of all the crap that get’s spouted on them, a lot of the time by people who should really know better. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a Latics fan, always have been, always will be. But I find it increasingly harder to feel a ‘bond of fellowship’ with my fellow Latics fans. All this falling out with the rugby….I bet half the people who have been mouthing off and giving it all ‘Billy big bo**ocks’ about it, don’t even know what it’s all about. But then yeah, EVERYBODY off the forums watched Latics at Springfield Park didn’t they? Course they did…… :roll:
It’s funny how I get on with any other clubs fans I meet and speak to. When Griff says above that our club has a fair few “Retards” following it, he is bang on the money. It is one of the reasons I can’t be bothered with away games, to be honest.
Nobody get’s under my skin, mate. It’s just that when you get people who you know should know better coming out with sly and snidey comments, I’ve got to the point where I think “Is it all worth it?” (Going on forums) And the answer is no.
To be honest, since I’ve stopped bothering, as such, on our forums, I’ve actually started to ENJOY going to games again. Seriously, so maybe it’s for the best, eh?
