I think we got the best out of him to be honest, like Grigg.

Welcome home Max bet you couldn’t wait to get away from that shower of Shyte. Coming to Wigan gives you another chance of playing in the championship again, cos that MASSIVE club you’ve festered at for the past 3 years will never get out of L1. Big time charlies who think they should be top of the premier league. You always were a good honest hard working player and wasn’t surprised that you’ve been one of the best Sunderland players for the 3 seasons you’ve been there. No doubt their childish fans will have a go at you now you’ve left. Just hope it won’t take long to iron out 3 years of poor management, poor coaching, having the mentality that your a massive club and have won games before you kick off etc. We gave Sunderland a good bashing last season with a team of kids and has beens, so don’t worry, with the quality players we are bringing in and already have, your on a winner buddy.
