It does, it was an OG.
Thanx mate
2 February 2014 at 10:58 pm #126714The Chelski poser did one thing right leading to our first goal .Or to put it another way – he didn’t put a foot wrong and produced a touch of sheer quality that led to our first goal.
Welcome to Wigan Athletic Josh – you’d better learn to run around a lot very quickly.

Funny how we all see players differently! How can anybody pick fault with this guy.
I thought josh looked class when he came on. Always had his head up looking for the next pass, and that through ball for fortune was sublime! Let’s hope it’s not a one off and he gets better with every game he plays.2 February 2014 at 11:25 pm #126716Maynard was shoite but playing in our formation he would be. No strike partner and no midfielder playing off him or behind him. First half was terrible but second hslf it was an onslaught but without any quality in the box. The Chelski poser did one thing right leading to our first goal . Fortune is average at best. Again with a strike partner and a long cosistent run could improve but please Rosser lad play both our half strikers together. There wasnt much wrong with Ellington and Roberts with Liddel and Super Lee in Midfield.
Do you still have an outside toilet and send your kids down the mines, too?[/quote]
We have scored 30 goals in 27 games and only four teams have scored less than us, that tells me that we need to look at a different system than half a striker up front.
I don’t know what the exact answer is, but our goals scored tally is going to hamper any play off push we might be aspiring to.
Just because Roberto Martinez brought in this type of system at Wigan it doesn’t mean a different system can’t work.
After all, he brought in the 50 passes before crossing the halfway line system, and the pass it to a colleague just for the sake of it system and that boring shite has thankfully been discarded with, so why not try two strikers up front, we certainly wouldn’t score less goals.3 February 2014 at 12:42 am #126718Maynard was shoite but playing in our formation he would be. Almost nobody plays with 2 strikers and 2 wingers as your mate Donny Dark Ages is advocating. Mind you, he thought McEachran was shite so all he is doing with each post he makes is demonstrating how far out of step he is with most other people’s opinions.
3 February 2014 at 12:53 am #126719why not try two strikers up front, we certainly wouldn’t score less goals. It isn’t quite as simple as that. It rather depends on who the two strikers are and who gives them the ball.
And if we put an extra person in attack, we’ll have one man fewer in midfield to supply the ball.
It’s up to Rosler to find a system that suits his squad, or get a squad that can carry out his chosen plan.
3 February 2014 at 1:26 am #126720Work out roslers pts per game ratio and you will find the system is working.

I think it’s time for you to take a break Griff. I know you want to get to 10,000 posts but you don’t seem to want to debate anything anymore.
All you seem to want to do is slag people off and call them for daring to have a different opinion, outlook or post code to you.You appear to be obsessed with making things up that haven’t been said and you quote things that simply aren’t there.
Where in any post has it said that two strikers and two wingers should be played?
I also didn’t read anywhere that Donny said McEachran was shite. He said he did one good thing that lead to our goal, is that untrue, or did he have a blinder? Perhaps he did have a blinder and I missed it, after all we always leave after 78 minutes don’t we??As for RM, I am not obsessed with him I just don’t have the same opinion of him as you do and didn’t think the sun shone out of his arse like some did.
I know its hard for you to accept that not everyone agrees with you, but I think by now you should have realised that others also dare to differ from you on this subject.I know you are a wind up merchant most of the time and your aim is to try to piss off as many posters as possible, but surely you could start putting a bit more effort and thought in to your posts, or has your meteoric rise up the literature ladder given you a feeling of grandeur and you are just too good to debate things with us mere mortals anymore?
3 February 2014 at 2:56 am #126726Terrar.Blimey, he didn’t last long did he?
Jeez, this board is quiet enough without you scaring posters off Griff. You’ve changed man.
3 February 2014 at 3:51 am #126728Griff scaring people, never. He don’t scare me and I’ m a short, fat ,bald old mon.
Anyone scared of pike’s teeth?
The fish I mean, not that chap in Dads. Army.

3 February 2014 at 1:11 pm #126738I think it’s time for you to take a break Griff. CG: Oh well, if you say so, I will. I know you want to get to 10,000 posts but you don’t seem to want to debate anything anymore.
All you seem to want to do is slag people off and call them for daring to have a different opinion, outlook or post code to you. CG: Wrong opinion, not different opinionYou appear to be obsessed with making things up that haven’t been said and you quote things that simply aren’t there.
Where in any post has it said that two strikers and two wingers should be played? CG: I think you’ll find that Donny Dipshit advocated two strikers and two wingers somewhere in another thread. Really can’t be arsed searching for it.
I also didn’t read anywhere that Donny said McEachran was shite. He said he did one good thing that lead to our goal, is that untrue, or did he have a blinder? Perhaps he did have a blinder and I missed it, after all we always leave after 78 minutes don’t we?? CG: We? My occasional 78-minute jibes are a good-natured joke betweeen me and Filmoss. Nowt to do with you, don’t flatter yourself. I couldn’t care less how much or how little football you watchAs for RM, I am not obsessed with him I just don’t have the same opinion of him as you do and didn’t think the sun shone out of his arse like some did.
