I have read quite a few reports in the press about yesterdays game. Not one of them makes any reference or comment about the coin / object throwing at players. Why? It’s pretty significant, innit?
I’ve read a couple of reports on line that raised it, The Yorkshire Post in particular. The ref will have put it in his match report so they’re should be some action taken but it’ll probably be all swept under the carpet as usual.

Leeds have not heard the last of this.Happened 4 times since February that I can see just by googling it.
No doubt they will get away with it. They wouldn’t dare slap them with a points deduction.
Sums up the horrible club they are. Be superb when they fail again.
In fairness many of the Leeds fans were both generous and magnanimous in defeat. I was given £10 for Joseph’s Goal when sharing a taxi ride from Leeds station to the ground before the game and quite a few more put money in the bucket when the walkers were heading back to the coach pick up point after a jar in the Drysalters. And a few in the pub also congratulated us on our win.
