Said it before and said it again, the reason why football is different than most sports is that little old wigan can be in the premiership punching above our weight etc. If teams like us and Wimbledon can do it, it gives hope to most other teams out there. If the premiership was based on attendences it would be a dull old world.
I wouldnt go as far to call him a reporter due to his daily struggle to string a simple sentence together but Paul Merson has to be near the top of any shame list!

Your right about the rest of the article but you know what they say, “First impressions last” and that opening paragraph is one MASSIVE lie.
