Bang on there for me vat we didn’t take our chances in the first half and they upped their game in the second half. Glory hunters piss me right off, all 5,000 of um. Why can’t they turn up for league games and get a good atmosphere going, suppose they’ll all be back come may anyway concentrate on the league, up the tics
“Glory hunters piss you off”? Well, all Wigan fans don’t live in Wigan and are unable to go to every home game. So are we not supporters?
Think of the TV revenue, a near capacity crowd, think like a business man!
I was referring to the wigan based support, if you live away and can’t get or come to certain games that’s fair enough, it’s the wigan public that turn up for big games that’s the problem, ie 19000 on for City, 8500 for Rochdale a couple of days later.
Exactly what I mean too. The majority of the bandwagon lot are locals who just can’t be arsed supporting the club, until a glory game comes up.
They scarpered like Rats off the Mary Rose when that second goal went in yesterday, and I hope they don’t come back.
Bit different if you are an exile living elsewhere.
