Do you think that this should be done in the FA Cup Griff ? Did you yourself glean anything from yesterdays performance ? Two serious questions not intended to provoke by the way !

Absolute streaming hound mound. Each time we rested players for the embarrassments that were Notts co, , Blackpool, Swindon, ,Bradford etc we have then gone on to lose the next league game too, so rotating our rice paper squad is working a treat. Quality wise this 3sorry 4 now season plan has us with no better than we had when he arrived and me for one is cocked off with results like yesterday (which isn’t a one off) becoming acceptable. It would be a respite to have a little trot in a cup but we only need to rest 2 players and we are goosed.

He’s also forgotten to mention that nobody seemed to mind the resting of players when we trounced West Ham and Nottingham Forest in the Carling Cup this season.
I really hope some of these people have unbreakable furniture and have all sharp objects removed from their houses when they get home after a game.

don’t sit on the fence; if we’re brutally honest don’t think there is one person who can justifiably say it hasn’t been a let down (points-wise) to date, particularly on the back of a great last 3 months last campaign.
here’s hoping for better …

Personally, no I don’t. But I understand why he does it.
It’s his job, he can do it however he sees fit until the board of directors tell him otherwise.
And yes, I thought Stam proved he’s still shite, Fyvie and McManaman disappointed me, Golobart impressed me immensely and it’s much easier to get over the bridge when there’s only 8000 on. ;)

no one has the god given right to beat another team no matter what division they are in as macc and luton proved, but you would expect an establishrd premier league outfit to beat bournmouth at home no matter what team they turn out. we are what we are at the moment, in the bottom three of the premier league and cant beat bournmouth at home in the cup. you can put lipstick on a pig but its still a pig.
I personally can’t take anybody’s opinion seriously if they feel they have to insult our football club or ANY of its representatives.I’ve known Dave for a long time and he knows there is no need to be insulting to get a point across – so why are you doing it? Effect? Grow up and have adult debates, I am sure Roberto seeing someone call him a Spanish Clown will be like water off a ducks back, but that doesn’t mean it is OK to do it.

Ok, I accept and admit that I should not have labelled our manager a ‘Spanish Clown’, as there was no need for me to go that far. He’s a nice bloke…blah blah blah…
But I stand by everything else I have said. We are mediocre, have gone backwards (go back two and half years on here….same discussions, same criticism of playing faults and manager) and I, and I know I am not alone, think it’s time we had a new manager and did away with this absolute dross we are churning out.
Don’t exepect you to agree with me, as you are in the ‘happy clapper’ gang. That’s more than clear. It’s like people try and ignore the fact that we are shite because we have a ‘nice bloke’ in charge. Really.
I know shite football when I see it, and we ARE shite.
