Reply awaits, but the KLUMPS will Return.

Will not hide away from the fact that there is two sports that dominate in this town and i support and love them both, Im not ashamed of that either, I would like to point out though, how long can you go on blaming the current rugby alliance with the former one. If every German and Brit still blamed us for the Hitler whale house tricks then we would have never moved forward since the war.[/quote]

I know it’s a boring cliche but you just can’t tarnish them all with the same brush. That is just a fact, no propaganda involved in the slightest

11,000 – 3,500 is an awful lot less.

Lets face it both clubs are poorly supported at least we have an excuse, we are s4it, and are at our lowest ebb for 6 or more seasons.

You on the other hand are having your best season for a decade and still have diabolical support.

Horc you CAN’T compare Football and Rugby attendances they are two different sports.
Wigan Warriors have just posted their yearly average and it’s the highest in THEIR competition.
We however are at the bottom end of attendances in the PL.
Considering we are in the biggest league in the biggest sport we are an embarrassment when it comes to attendance. I’ve no figures to hand but I bet many Championship sides beat us in attendance figures.
We’ll be lucky if we get 9,000 on Wed,but I’ll be there.

I thought the Warriors p i s s e d that league ?? Did I miss something ?? :?:

fill, all due respect, a few posts back, someone points out that our play-offs are just as bad, you cant justify sky money grabbing in any sport, because lets be honest, if we want no pick the bones, football is a joke from start to finish these days

retired fan put a post on here a few weeks ago about sky draining the football world.you cant disagree, year after year this league gets worse as does the standard. can anybody actually tell me a year in the premiership that wasnt money dominated, look a year before the premier league, it wasnt then, sky took hold and dragged us into this league of greed and biased punditry, and now the bbc are catching on. i dont think that there is one fan out there whou can tell me truthfully that they enjoy the football in this division. Go to southport as i do on the odd weekend and watch 22 lads fight for the cause to the death. there is 5 people who post on here who i bother to take the time to read, thats, retire fan, griff, standish, vat _ believe it or not makes a valid point, and micky c, (sometimes), theres the usuals of course who make a good point too, like garswood, horc and murph but the rest dont know what planet they are on. Not including every single poster of course, but a good selective few

Football play-offs just as bad???? Don’t be so ridiculous. When did a football team lose in the play-offs then get another chance, or get to pick who they play next?

When Swindon won a playoff final the losers were promoted instead – around 1990.
