      My chips and pie before the match was great ( if a bit volcanic). I had the meat and potato and my son had the balti, not had the chips before. All went downhill after I had finished the chips though.

                    I still miss the pea supper pie. The steak is average but meat n tater and butter pies are good.

                    We should have got Muffin Man in for the catering, they do the best pies on the planet

                                  Only on a Wigan forum can there be a proper pie debate lol. It’s our heritage our stable diet and birthright as pie eaters. What I would give now for a reet good pie here in Tenerife. And don’t mention the chippy near the Rumpot coz I’ve tried them and they are not upper crust.
