I’m surprised nobody has mentioned Simon Davies, he’s a quality player and although he’s been injured for a while he’s been great for Fulham since returning.
Also, Jamie O’Hara on loan? Fuller on a free? Tempt Pederson into switching? There’s a few on that list worth a punt but those 4 in particular for me would be great additions.

Completely agree, with both posts…Not seen so much of Simon Davies to be honest though so cannot really comment. Looked good enough from what I have seen though.
Yep Alex, O’Hara i would defo try to sign, and Pedersen i would have a go for also, why not, Imagine if we tempted him and we kept N’Zogbia, Thats a pretty awesome midfield minus an attacking goalscoring midfielder of course.

Wouldnt surprise me if Martinez has already looked into the possibility of those 2 Spaniards. Im not being negative about the Championship players its just what Whelan would be expecting Bob to be looking at, and for not spending a bean everyone of those players would be a decent acquisition.Here is throwing a cat amongst the pidgeons, David James, Cash in on Kirky and take James instead, Give him a year or 2.
I’ve wanted us to try and get Pedersen for a long time. I remember when we were linked to him in our second season – that would have been brilliant because since then I don’t think he’s been as effective for Blackburn.
Players like Pedersen and Charlie Adam would make our midfield very good – but we definitely need a proven goalscorer up front.

Simon Davies was outstanding for Fulham in the Europa Cup Final last week.

We are lacking a goal scorer obviously.
The defence needs a good looking at, the defenders are there, but they could do with a defensive coach, DeZeeuw or Matt Jackson??In recent seasons we haven’t been able to capitalise on the more high profile free transfers because we’ve had the likes of Kapo and Koumas taking up a large chunk of our wage bill, but not making any impact on the first team.
Fuller be brilliant up front for us, he’s like a better Rodallega in many respects – stronger, looks quicker (I was shocked at how slow Rodallega seems to have become, or is that just laziness?) and has an idea of what’s going on around him (the amount of times Hugo loses the ball because he hasn’t looked up is shocking and his first touches can be suspect at times). The only thing he hasn’t had this season is the ability to find the net, but you could put that down to having Beattie and Tuncay preferred over him for a chunk of the season.

I know he’s a crock but we did have a 4 million bid rejected before his knee exploded again.

(Mainly in regards to the Rodallega bits).. His touch seems to be awful at times, somethimes takes too many touches when he should get a shot away, allowing the defender to get a block/tackle in, and always seems to put the ball onto his left foot on the edge of the area then blasts it over, when he is quite evidently stronger on his right.
In regards to the Fuller bit, I would hope we will be a little more ambitious that to go for Fuller, but Fuller would definately do when you look at what we have now.
