“Scoundrel” and “agog” are good but I think “iota” is class, three syllables out of only four letters, outstanding.

Dave has an unfortunate chemical imbalance in his brain which leads to peaks and troughs of mood.
Every two to three months, he goes off the deep end, manifest in his posts where he gets aggressive, dismissive of others and TOTALLY* sure of his own superiority.
When he comes to, he simply invents a new username to ‘hide’** behind and starts the cycle again, at first being pseudo-apologetic and nice.
* Caps lock is a telltale sign.
