Maybe the fact you see him run all day shows he isn’t scared of the ball. Mistakes do show on this kind of player because they are in the game more.

Headless chicken was what the landlord of my local called him, he’s a Blackpool fan by the way! Said he will run all day long but when he does get the ball he will invariably give it away! God loves a trier though eh!

That’s one semi bad game in 5, not bad eh! B)

        From Matlock to ManU
        What a journey!

He doesn’t move fast enough to be classed as a chicken..

Espinoza was a headless chicken, this fella isn’t in the same bracket as him. As someone else posted, he always wants the ball, doesn’t shy away from wanting it so is more noticeable through the game. First game I’ve seen him so should have a better idea after half a dozen.

Could it be that he has played three games in six days and for a 30 odd year old that would be hard work especially in 30 degree’s heat

cue he get’s paid enough to do it

You got your blue blinkers on again…

Clue was in my post – “First game I’ve seen him”

So 30 degs heat makes you deliver missed placed passes does it? I’d have thought he’d have run out of energy in that sort of heat rather than miscue passes?!?!

You’ve watched his worst game for us by all accounts.

Man of the Match in his first two games, and played well last Wednesday.

1 It was an opinion I should of said the blue blinkers because anybody who has an different opinion to the experts is accused of being blinkered (rolly eyes emotion )

2 it wasn’t aimed at you

3 30 degree’s heat may get you feeling a bit tired after three games

4 You’re dummy is still on the floor

:) There was defo no dummy spat out 35.. And your post was straight after mine so looked like it was aimed at me.
I actually didn’t mind him and have said as much. Just pointing out what I saw, both good and bad but as you say, you can’t have an opinion on here without some folk jumping straight on ya..

Didn’t see them so can’t comment. But he’s a busy player so suspect he’ll get a few more MOM’s as we go on.

What? Ahead of McManaman, Maloney, McCarthy and Robles? No chance.

I did smile at that one! Though most the team were MOM’s that day and Zabaletta

I do think the Blackpool fans view isn’t far off what I’ve seen of Perkins so far.
Not that I don’t think he’s what we need in there.

Looking forward to Saturday and another Scunthorpe type performance.

Oh, ok then. I’m convinced and easily persuaded. I’ll compromise on 12 MOMs. They actually were all blinkin good. And Roger wasn’t bad.
