i do not really dislike any football team, i just hate wigan w.ankstaines with a passion. its in my blood and if that upsets anyone? well tough! ;) .
your top of your little league but what does that mean?. as whoever comes top as to then play in a silly play off thing at the end of the season. so you can stay top because come the end of the season the main teams bradford,leeds,ST HELENS, will wipe the floor with you. i will laugh so hard when that happens, as little big mans red indian father said in the classic 70’s movie. it makes my heart soar!Feckin hell the thread about this on the rugby club messageboard is a right laugh. It isn’t creeping in to your game coz its always been there albeit on a smaller scale as there are less people that follow your sport & less teams to follow.
But the long standign RL fans I know will admit it as well as many on here who went watching the rugby on the 80’s. On a personal level in all but 1 rugby league game I’ve been to (& I’ve only been to 5 or 6) I’ve seen bother of one form or anotherI also had the misfortune to be out with my wife & baby in St Helens town centre at lunch time on Good Friday & the conduct of the majority of your fans I was unfortunate enough to encounter was an embarrassment to the town to be honest.
I’m not some naive kid who thinks any group of sports fans walking through town after a few beers & chanting are hooligans but some of your lot really do need to start conducting yourselves with a lot more class if what I saw last week was indicative of their actions–“:tt1psq15]7 posts w.nk staines? you came out of the wood work and i can not get my head round how your been allowed on here what with your no latics fans on your site. why don’t you go away and have a triple cheese burger or a whole roast chicken or what ever it is you fat c.unts have for a snack?

I’m really not suprised you are trying to underplay the trouble at recent rugby games, anyone who claims C&W is welcoming of Latics fans views is clearly on another planet.It’s like something out of Deliverance on that stupid forum – talk about making me feel ashamed i’m from the same town as the inbred morons

But as landlord, what do you do IF this bull is correct?Wigan Athletic, brings in £40+ million, plus over £3 million extra into Wigan’s economy (compared to when we were not in the Prem) due to over 80,000 extra people coming in.
Wigan Warriors bringing in £200,000ish plus very little in the way of extra income to the town.
Believe me, if the Premier League say something goes, it will happen…

Johny is correct, money talks and lets face it whelan wont lose the SKY tv money for the sake of a rugby club he used to own and who,s fans are openly hostile to him! It looks like LSV will have new tenants soon!
Whats ironic about all this is, most warriors fans support man u/city /Liverpool etc and these are the clubs who will ultimately make them homeless!
And before our peanut hugging friends start off i dont agree with this new FA rule and neither did i agree with the Widnes fiasco!
