We got out of Saturday what we put in to the match. Oldham got less out of the match than they put into it.Credit to Gary tampering with the side at Sheffield worked. Tampering again on Saturday didn’t and this could be seen early. Probably changed things on Saturday expecting Oldham to sit back but from the off they took the game to us.

As GL will testify, I was the one who jumped to his defence when someone suggested it could be him. I did that because whilst I may not always agree with his views, I believe he has every right to say them as long as they are said with a decorum of respect for the audience it is aimed at. He argues his position in an adult manner.
Had your anti-Warriors rhetoric on here over the years shown a flickering of respect for someone else’s point of view, then I may have done likewise for you.

Having read the puerile tripe that gets posted on there I have to say that anybody who does contribute to it should be ashamed of themselves. It’s not even grown up enough to be classed as playground banter.
The thread was on topic until 4:17pm when the multi-ID troll who uses the ID Bullitt on here felt compelled to take a swipe at Wigan Warriors. He had to do it there because the warrior stories are locked. In fact, he even used an article on a motorway crash to have a dig at the Warriors.

Thought this was a Latics web site for Latics fans to post their views safe from having their opinions slaughtered by Rugby motivated vitriol.We have this and the Vital site to give a view. Wigan today and The Thugby Post are and allways have been biased against Latics for years just like the Council. Well that was before the nicked our Believe motto. Blood boiled when the council Mon was representing that council on our stage when we brought the FA Cup back to town. Ei I Ei I Ei I Oh and all that!!! Never Forget?! That should be our motto.

They really are a thick set of cnuts, they couldn’t even afford to go halves on the new pitch nevermind buy the ground.
The Eggs situation was something like that of Brighton FC. The Seagulls sold The Goldstone Ground to pay off debts just like those lot. Brighton whose fans were amazing travelled to Gillingham 80 miles away for home games and then put up with that terrible athletics stadium in Brighton.
The Rugby lot moaned and complained about Whelans charitable ways towards them but never emulated the Brighton fans and club who did everything to find a new home for there selves.
If they are such a giant in the sport why do they not at least consider what Warrington, St Helens and Salford have done.
Many tenants leave their rented pads to buy their own home.
