When all the polish come over to england. Our government is quick to put a roof over their heads. It would have been nice of them to return the favour before kick off last night
I’ve heard 2 reasons why they couldn’t close it. One is Griff’s reason (apparently however it’s designed means that it can’t be operated in the rain) & the other is that FIFA regulations state that if the training sessions have been held with/without the roof open then the match has to be played with/without the roof open.
Actually that is more a reason as to why it was open in the first place & then a reason as to why they couldn’t shut it when it was lashing it down
where did you get that from fascinating i like the poish they work very hard for us not like someimigrants and even our folk who really dont want to work and never compain trouble is like all immigrants they think they can bring their culture with them that doesnt always suit us
FFS, it’s a joke thats doing the friggin rounds you feckin sad b****ds
no wonder it’s the same old people posting on here.
Why is it a joke, it isn’t remotely funny? In fact, as far as I can see it’s pretty accurate from skimnming quickly through it so as wind-ups/jokes go, it fails miserably. Maybe I’m just not thick enough to get it.
I wish it was the same old people posting on here, with a few notable exceptions lost on the way. That way we might have a decent forum.
To be fair, I could see it was a tongue in cheek remark/joke and jokes aren’t really meant to be analysed for factual content. It is hard to get away from the fact that the Polish do have a fair bit of stigma attached to them as regards to jobs in the UK as they are predominant in the amount of immigrants from East Europe.I am on the fence here, like I said pros and cons but come on guys lighten up a little !
I must be being a bit thick here. I can see that SDW’s comment was maybe tongue-in-cheek but I thought he was saying that the report in the link was a joke. if so, I’m missing it completely.
