Anyone ?
17 September 2017 at 3:38 am #162009Anyone ?Well, today’s stats said we had 16 shots, with 10 on target. They’re still in the honeymoon of a new manager, so I’m going 4 -1, with them scoring first. Our goals by Grigg, Jacobs, Byrne and Power.
17 September 2017 at 1:09 pm #162014It will be cold and pissin down.
Hate midweek night matches.17 September 2017 at 1:34 pm #1620152-1 Latics.
17 September 2017 at 1:49 pm #1620172-0.
Given our great early goal difference, even a draw takes us back to second :woohoo:
We really should have played it on the 2nd; Northampton were there for the taking whereas now they’re nicely in form. I hope this doesn’t backfire on us.
Looking good so far isn’t it? Hardly a disgrace losing at Shrewsbury the way they’ve started. Just saying to a mate yesterday though, hope this season doesn’t turn into a reverse of 2 years ago
17 September 2017 at 6:12 pm #1620290-0
17 September 2017 at 6:55 pm #162030massive week for us and if we can win on Tuesday and again at the Posh then we should really be set up for a great season. don’t expect an easy game with the Cobblers so I,ll go for a very nervy 1-0
17 September 2017 at 7:14 pm #162031Any news on the Powell injury?
Were a bigger threat when he is playing.17 September 2017 at 8:12 pm #162032We really should have played it on the 2nd; Northampton were there for the taking whereas now they’re nicely in form.So are we leyland.
18 September 2017 at 12:29 am #162038Think we can expect the usual JFH style of footy. Tight at the back & counter attacking only so think this will be tight. I’ll go 2nil to us.
Northampton don’t have many attempts on goal but when they do they seem to score so we’ll have to be switched on from the off.Two ex tics playing for them now and Leon Barnett scored for them at the weekend. Revell up front, let’s hope he’s as crap for them as he was for us..

Although Revell did score a good goal for us against Rochdale or was it Rotherham, at their place on that wind swept drizzly stadium not far from the moors …. but it was fun. And they did that rather odd celebration where they all kinda ‘swam’ along the pitch.
18 September 2017 at 9:45 pm #162053Hope Barnett has one of those Bramble games we know he’s capable of
18 September 2017 at 10:17 pm #162054My prediction is that I will spend the evening seeing which updates quickest; bbc website or the latics website commentary as I miss the mid-weekers.
