Huddersfield win and a fantastic result for Luton increases the pressure for tomorrow. Draws not enough now and no reason we can’t match their results..just need offensive line up and go at it from the off. Over to you Mr Cook….

Draws not enough now and no reason we can’t match their results..just need offensive line up and go at it from the off. Over to you Mr Cook….Just hope O.G. is on top form again and Garner joins Moore with Pilkington and Geldhart on either side but pigs don’t fly. Hopefully lady luck can support O.G. and they can bring us the three points again.
26 February 2020 at 2:05 am #185315Both teams were at home so it’s to be expected. Am sure you will be rubbing your hands together Derek if we get beat. That’s why you come on the board isn’t it?
26 February 2020 at 2:08 am #185317Well happy with those results isnt he. We really should be topping the premier league. Its just not good enough.
26 February 2020 at 2:41 am #185318With darf vader in charge we struggle to top league one.
26 February 2020 at 3:00 am #185319With darf vader in charge we struggle to top league one.The league we won under “darf vader”?
26 February 2020 at 3:19 am #185321Darf Vader’s days off winning leagues has gone lad.
26 February 2020 at 3:27 am #185322As long as his days of keeping sides in the championship arent
26 February 2020 at 7:53 am #185324Hopefully his days are numbered whatever league were in. Come on Roy…both teams at home so its expected!!! So I take it you expected Luton to nail Brentford???…So using that theory why didn’t we recently beat Boro and Preston ? It’s to be expected !!! Like Donny states we should be utilising Garner/Moore ,Pilkington and Geldhardt if we want to give safety a real crack . Can’t see it….but live in hope.
26 February 2020 at 7:56 am #185325As for your Barlow buddy(Waldorf and Statler)…..he obviously has no problem with relegation….so Cook will do for him either way. Nothing like a bit of ambition??
26 February 2020 at 12:27 pm #185328Yes I said that didnt i
26 February 2020 at 12:28 pm #185329We will get a draw tonight so will be almost cut adrift again so you’ll all be happy. Cook might even give you a soundbite you can slag him off for.
26 February 2020 at 12:34 pm #185330With darf vader in charge we struggle to top league one.One of the daftest comments on here ever. Paul Cook would struggle to top a league he’s already won. Brilliant.
If I’m Cook, and we stay up, I walk on the pitch last game show everyone my arse and walk off.
He makes mistakes but the way some of our fans are treating him is a disgrace.
26 February 2020 at 2:05 pm #185331Cook makes a disgrace off his self every game.thats why he gets booked and been banned twice already sooner cook gets potted the better.

Cook can’t win at the moment no matter what he does. Paul Jewell is quite rightly remembered fondly amongst those of us around during his time, but everyone seems to have forgotten his regular screaming fits at referees and 4th officials. A quick google search will give you several examples but Jewell managed back in the era when yellow cards didn’t exist though so maybe he didn’t make a disgrace of himself. Then of course there’s his regular defensive displays away at big ranking teams and his comments about us being Little Wigan punching above our weight. The players mustn’t have read the papers then though like they do now whenever Cook says something negative.
Of course Cook also shouted at referees and 4th officials in League One but we were winning games then so again everybody seemed to miss it. Maybe it was a breath of fresh air from the robotic Martinez era when he just used to stand there with his arms folded for 90 minutes regardless of decisions or performances because we didn’t like that and he was regularly criticised for it, not to mention his comments in the press about ‘positives’. Why did he not just come out and say we were rubbish like Cook does because we wouldn’t possibly criticise that would we?
Now this is not me comparing the relative successes of Jewell, Martinez and Cook but simply just a few examples of the hypocritical and fickleness of football supporters especially those that come under the WAFC banner. You can’t please a Wiganer.
