The person who told me has absolutely no reason to lie and will have more valid access to the correct figure than anyone else. I really don’t know why I am arguing with you.

However, if it does turn out that my source was ‘wrong’ I will issue a full apology – just after showing my arse in Burton’s window.

    Nobody’s arguing.

Simply discussing the Huddersfield away following – surely that’s the whole point of a forum? To discuss topics? (I still don’t agree with 1750.. and I know you “don’t care”, before you bother typing it)

If nobody replied to topics, and therefore no discussions (or arguments, in your book) were started, then this place would be boring as f*ck!

I’m amazed how you can go on the ultra-defensive every time somebody disagrees with your post (and there’s no denying that you do – in the time I’ve been here anyway), yet still question why the resulting discussion/”argument” has commenced…

Still, makes this place entertaining! ;)[/quote]

What is the point of debating opinions about crowd numbers when I have given you a FACT that the away crowd was 1750 (in fact it was closer to 1740, but no matter). Why would you not agree with the FACT that there were only 1750 (1740) on?

Or are you saying that because you all want to believe that there were 3000 on, then the FACT that there were only 1740 is not a valid part of this debateargument?

And I’m not getting at all defensive, far from it. I am intolerant of idiots, if that’s what yuo mean. But, as you say, you haven’t been round here very long. Had you been, you’d know that I really don’t give a flyer what anyone thinks about my opinions.

Anyone can type the word FACT in capital letters a few times..

      For example:

“It is a FACT that my penis is 14 inches long – and that’s on the flop!!”

      – “Oh really, can we see it?”

“No… you can’t… but it’s FACT, so shut the f*ck up”

As soon as I see the official number printed, then I will accept it as FACT and issue an immediate public apology – straight after I’ve whipped my 14 incher out in Burton’s window.

Until then, it is far more entertaining to keep stringing this “argument” along ;)

I’ve never once said I thought there was 3000 on, so can disregard that.

Are “yuo” labelling me an idiot? :( (Sorry, just had to pick up on the spelling error, seeing as you tend to do it to others ;) )

Doesn’t the match programme print the away support number? If so I suggest you buy one at the Liverpool game if you want to see it in print.

Bored with you as well, now. Have a good weekend.

I believe so – and yes, I will do.

        Many thanks, yuo too. :)

Please don’t resort to pointing out obvious fat-fingered typos, especially from previous posts. You’re better than that. It’s the sort of thing that Filmoss would do.

Apologies, I’ll refrain in future ;)
