I usually sit forwards myself & am helped along the way by reading the comments on here to make me go!!

Oh, and before I get accused of being in the blind faith group, I’m not. Not good wher we are at the moment but I don’t feel the need to lapse into cardiac arrest before the end of September like everyone else does every season.

Griff, being concerned is not lapsing into cardiac arrest if it is possible to lapse into one of those! I have always thought them to be pretty sudden and out of the blue ;)
