Es2 and Es3 !!! you have got to be joking!! no way its full of old has been hooligans trying to rally young teenagers into joining up the Hooligan Movement!!!! the cause must go on hey!!!

Banter is fantastic but just standing there not even watching the match and making threats to genuine away fans who have bothered to turn up is pathetic!!

watch what happens if you get proper hard case fans like United, Newcastle, Everton the hooligans are nowhere to be seen.

I seen one hooligan actually crying when he was dragged out by the Police and stewards trying to deny he had done nowt!!! ha ha.

Let people stand in the corporate boxes if they want and drink beer!!!

You cannot have safe standing at the DW or at most other modern stadiums. The reason being is that when new stadiums were built as all seaters the terracing had to be a lot steeper and higher to take the seats so that your view was not restricted by the person sat in front of you. Anyone who has been to Villa and sat behind the goal will tell you that the view is pathetic as they put seating on the original terracing designed for standing. You would not be able to put adequate crush barriers in and you would never get past the health and safety issue. Whether we could fill the corners in with proper standing terrace is maybe the answer otherwise to have a standing area at the DW will undoubtably take major redesign and building work to one of the existing stands.
